Fresh Pasta!!

Allan and I made fresh pasta. In fact, it's just about to be thrown in the water as I type. So, when I say we made it, what I really mean is I gathered the ingredients and slightly helped roll and cut my half. Allan did all the kneading and a majority of the rolling, so, he did the hard work.
That's not to say I don't share in the cooking department. In fact, in the last month I have made French Dip with Au Jus; Chicken Cordon Bleu with potatoes au gratin, Chicken Pot-Pie (from scratch); Butternut squash Risotto, as well as Chicken Curry. All the recipes were from www.allrecipes.com. My friend Michelle turned me on to it. It's the best site. All the recipes I have chosen turned out excellent.

Above are the ones I cut. I think they might be too thick-we'll see.
